Career
Exploration Workshop
The Academic
Advising and Career Exploration Center is conducting
two informational sessions on career exploration this month. These
workshops are an excellent opportunity for students who are unsure
about their current major to learn about our career exploration
process. We hope you will encourage students in your classes or
advisees to attend this workshop. Verification of attendance will
be provided upon request. Please contact AACE
at 628-5577 to let us know that you will be sending a class to one
of our sessions.
More information about this workshop
can be found in the flyer below. Please click on the flyer to see
a larger version and to print.

When is the best time to do Career Exploration?
Now! Research states that students need the beginning of the semester
to get familiar with their new classes, then they do career exploration
in the middle, which will allow them to choose a major before they
enroll for the next semester. Have your students call our the Academic
Advising & Career Exploration Center today to schedule
an appointment!
