Undergraduate Research Week April 15-19, 2013


  Undergraduate Research Week celebrates FHSU’s diverse community of undergraduate research and creative work.

Fort Hays State University will participate in National Undergraduate Research Week from April 15-19, 2013. This celebration of undergraduate research recognizes faculty-mentored research conducted by FHSU undergraduates over the course of the academic year.

The week celebrates faculty mentors and students from a broad range of disciplines, including research in education, health, biology, energy, physics, environment, social services, and other areas. 

Poster Exhibit (Monday, April 15) Join us from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Sunset Lounge to view the posters selected for the Kansas Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol.

Brown Bag Lunch (Wednesday, April 17) Join us from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Pioneer Room to share and discuss undergraduate research topics. This is an opportunity to discuss how research is conducted in various fields, meet faculty and students from other departments, and ask questions.
