	Place an ad on the Cable Channel ($18 a week)
	Develop a department column series for the Hays Daily News --FREE
	Develop a graduate department brochure ($150 per 1,000)
	Host a department open house ($50-$300)
	Schedule a photo shoot of your department ---FREE
	Collect e-mail addresses of alumni and ask them to brag about your program –FREE
	Update your Web site with student quotes –FREE
	Guest lecture at a community college -- FREE (the Provost usually pays for the fuel)
	Create a student internship for marketing your department ($5.65 an hour)
