If you will be a first time freshman from Arizona or Texas and are interested in being considered for a $20,000 scholarship to Fort Hays State University, please fill out the form below.  Once you submit this form, have your high school fax a copy of your high school transcript and ACT/SAT score to 800-432-0248.
