Contiguous States Resident Tuition Program Cost of Attendance per Semester Cost is a major determining factor for most students attending college today. The Contiguous States Resident Tuition Program, is designed to make it more afforable for students from states bordering Kansas to attend FHSU. Estimated Undergraduate Cost of Attendance based on 15 credit hours for one semester during the 2006 academic year. *Students residing in Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, or Oklahoma.
