- graduated from an Arizona or Texas high school
- have 24 transferable credit hours from a Texas or Arizona college
- have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher
- must be a first time, full time, on campus transfer undergraduate student
- students must apply online and send their college transcripts to the registrar's office in order to be considered
