Seven Revolutions is an interdisciplinary course that studies the seven trends that are believed to “shape the world and challenge world leaders through the year 2025 and beyond.” The areas studied include: population, resource management and environmental stewardship, technological innovation and diffusion, the flow of information and knowledge, economic integration, the nature and mode of conflict, and the challenge of governance.
FHSU was one of eight schools to pilot the course in collaboration with the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Seven Revolutions courses are now offered on-campus and online so that all FHSU students, regardless of major, can begin to understand how each trend affects the world and their home region.
