Democracy Matters at FHSU
Stimulating civic engagement and promoting democracy through public discourse

  • Operates from the premise that democracy is messy and Bill is just the person to get down and dirty with it.
  • Mission - to reinvigorate universities and colleges as sites of civic responsibility and engagement.
  • Broadcasts Wednesdays from 5:30-6 p.m.
  • A New Feature this year is the "Democracy Matters After Show," a call-in radio show (785-628-4198) that broadcasts from 6-6:30 p.m. This is an opportunity for the audience to directly interact with the guests or the host.
