Public Forum - Video of forum
wind energy forum logo
Presenters were:
J.P. Michaud - Ellis County resident, opposer of wind farm
Bruce Graham - Wind Energy instructor at Cloud County Community College
Harold Kraus - Former Ellis county commissioner, supporter of wind farm

Dr. Art Morin, forum organizer, expressed his feelings, "Hopefully some of the feelings have cooled down and people are willing to sit down and discuss the issue. As a community, you have to sit down and discuss the benefits and cost of an issue to make an informed decision, and a forum like this is a perfect format for doing just that. It is a very important issue for the Hays community, given that locations both east and west of us are utilizing wind energy. We are trying to hold a civil discussion in which people can ask questions and get more information on wind energy."
