Students are allowed to vote in their college's town using their school address! Just register using your college address and be sure to bring a valid form of ID with you to the polls. The ID can be one of the following:

A driver's licence with your school address
A bank statement with your school address
    A paycheck
    Utility bill
Any type of government produced document showing your name or address.

If you would rather vote in your hometown, contact your county clerk and ask for an advance ballot application. Additionally, you can download an advance voter application from the following site: http://www.kssos.org/forms/elections/AV1.pdf. Once you have completed the application, mail or fax it to your courthouse. You can find contact information for Kansas county courthouses at: http://www.kssos.org/elections/elections_registration_ceo_display.aspx.
