Accounting Club

What Is the Accounting Club?

Accounting Club is comprised of Fort Hays State University students who want to increase their knowledge of Accounting information and practices. Our mission is to impart a greater understanding and knowledge base of the current trends in the accounting field.

Why Join?

The Accounting Club provides students with information concerning scholarship programs, methods of study, and employment. Members attend guest lectures, take part in several field trips, and sponsor the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. The VITA program helps both students and low-income families prepare their taxes.

How Do I Join?

Talk to one of the officers or come to one of our meetings to find out more information about Accounting Club. To get current officers' names or a meeting schedule, contact the Accounting and Information Systems Department at 628-4121.
