Certificate Programs
Since the invention of the X-ray in 1895, the field of diagnostic
radiology has rapidly advanced. With new and advanced imaging tools available, the role
of radiologic technologists has expanded, along with career opportunities. In as little as
two semesters, you can have the education and training you need to:
- improve your skills and versatility as a diagnostic technologist,
- fulfill your professional continuing education requirements, and
- gain college credit hours to help you become registry eligible
- Once a certificate is awarded the credits earned cannot be counted towards FHSU's Bachelor of Science in Medical Diagnostic
Imaging.
FHSU's Department of Allied Health is pleased to offer radiologic technologists
certificates in several modalities of advanced imaging.
