FHSU is determined to maximize every dollar allocated to provide a quality education for the students and create an atmosphere second to none. As the only four year institution in western Kansas, FHSU provides an education to many residents at a cost that is affordable and exceeds their expectations.

The resources available on this page aim to provide information about FHSU's budget and the current amount of state support. Studies demonstrate that state university support has decreased dramatically over the past twenty years, and in return has increased the burden of the students and their families by increasing the cost of tuition.
