KBOR Performance Agreement

Pursuant to SB 647, commencing July 1, 2005 (Fiscal Year 2006), each public post secondary educational institution’s receipt of new state funds shall be contingent upon achieving compliance with its performance agreement, as determined by the Kansas Board of Regents.
