College of Arts & Sciences

ART

  • Equip graduate graphics lab with computers and software which are current generation.
  • Consider relocation of Tiger Tots (RH109) so that room can be used for art studio/classrooms

CHEMISTRY

  • Improving student success in freshman chemistry
  • Program review leading to American Chemical Society approval

COMMUNICATION STUDIES

  • Undergraduate curriculum revision
  • Restructuring of graduate research component

ENGLISH

  • Faculty research/creative activities
  • Maintain and improve the Writing Center

GEOSCIENCES

  • Improve out-of-classroom learning experiences for Geosciences students by establishing a departmental Ambassador program
  • Improve out-of-classroom learning experiences for Geosciences students by involving students in outreach initiatives

HISTORY

  • Prepare revised limited marketing campaign for department emphasizing BGS and MLS only
