2007 Season: Redshirted the 2007 season in order to prepare for the 2008 campaign. Still competed in several events as an unattached runner.

Won the Colby Trojan Invitational and Tabor College Invitational as a redshirt. Led all FHSU runners at the Southern Stampede and FHSU Tiger Invitational.

Will compete for FHSU at 1,500 meters through 10,000 meters this upcoming season.

2006 Season: Was the top runner in all but three meets as a junior. Ran a career best of 25:18 for 8k at the MIAA Championships.

Earned medalist honors at the 552-runner Roy Griak Invitational by placing 20th overall and leading the Tigers to a seventh-place finish out of 58 teams.

Missed all-conference honors by only two spots at the MIAA Championships, finishing 12th overall. Earned Academic All-America honors for the second straight season.

Ran 8:57 for 3000 meters and 4:02 for 1500 meters during the 2007 track & field season. Was All-MIAA in the steeplechase with a 9:57 performance at the outdoor meet.
