2007 Season: Competed as one of the top two runners on the squad during the 2007 season. Posted bests of 25:29 for 8k and 32:00 for 10k as a senior.
Was the lone senior on the squad who did not redshirt the season.
Placed a career-best 18th at the regional meet. Was 14th at the Tiger Invitational. Led FHSU in all but two meets.
Will compete at 5,000 and 10,000 meters this spring.
2006 Season: Has improved every year as a long-distance runner since coming to FHSU. Knocked off over a minute from his 8k personal best to record a 25:21 this year. Was the top runner on the squad at the FHSU Invitational, where he finished sixth overall.
Ran either first, second or third on the squad throughout the season. Earned his second Academic All-America award after recording a big personal best in the 10k at the South Central Regional meet.
Was fourth in the MIAA in the indoor 5000 meters with a 15:24. Posted a career-best 8:55 in the 3000 meters. Missed much of the outdoor campaign to injury.
