2007 Season: Redshirted the season in order to prepare for the 2008 season. Competed at two meets as an unattached runner. Recorded a 21st-place finish at the FHSU Tiger Open and a sixth-place finish at the KFC Alumni Run.
Will redshirt the 2008 track & field campaign but will still compete unattached in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and at 5,000 meters.
2006 Season: Improved his 8k time by nearly two minutes from his sophomore seasonal best of 27:35. Ran third or fourth on the team the entire season. Recorded a top-30 finish at the Southern Stampede. Was 18th at the MIAA Championships in a personal best of 25:36.
Knocked off three minutes from his 10k best from 2005 to help lead the Tigers to a fourth-place finish at the South Central Regional Championships. Finished 31st at that regional meet.
Ran career-best performances in the 5000 meters (15:40), 3000 meters (9:16), 3000 meter steeplechase (9:58), and 1500 meters (4:07) during the 2007 track & field campaign.
