FHSU CAREER: Ran several career-best performances during his senior season at FHSU. twice earned All-MIAA honors in cross country. He placed 18th in 2006 and 11th in 2008 at the conference meet. Was also second on the squad at the NCAA Regional meet this past year, running the 10k course in 32:39.
Recorded personal bests of 2:00 (800m), 4:07 (1,500m), 8:49 (3,000m), 15:13 (5,000m) and 32:29 (10,000m) this past year during the track & field season. Earned All-MIAA honors in the 5,000 meters as a senior during the outdoor season.
