2007 Season: Led FHSU at the MIAA Championships and SC Regional Championships as a junior. Earned second All-MIAA award with a fourth-place finish at the meet.

Recorded a personal-best 31:58 for 10k to place 17th at the regional meet. Earned co-Most Valuable Runner honors for the second-straight season.

Has qualified for the national meet in track & field in the 800 meters, 1,500 meters and the mile.

2006 Season: Led the Tigers at two meets as a sophomore. Finished sixth at the MIAA Championships and 12th at the South Central Regional to earn all-conference and all-region honors.

Earned Academic All-America honors for the first time in his career.

Posted a team-best of 25:03 for 8k and 32:37 for 10k during the 2006 season. Was selected the Most Valuable Runner for the season. Ran 1:52 for 800 meters and 3:57 for 1500 meters as a freshman on the track & field squad.

Ran 4:11 in the mile during the indoor season and a team-best 8:49 for 3000 meters. Recorded a 1:51 for 800 meters and 3:52 for 1500 meters during the outdoor campaign. Also recorded a 15:30 5000 meter performance indoors. Qualified for the national meet during both the 2007 indoor and outdoor seasons.
