2007 Season: Ran with the cross country squad as a junior, posting a career-best 20:08 at the Southern Stampede.
Was the seventh runner on the squad at the season-opening KFC Alumni Run.
Was the top 800 meter runner last season with a 2:20 best. Will focus on the 800 meters again this season in track & field.
2006 Season: Ran with the cross country squad after sitting out the 2005 season. Ran on the top seven for much of the season. Posted a career-best of 20:11 for 5k at the Emporia State Invitational.
Improved to 2:20 at 800 meters as a junior on the 2007 track & field squad. Posted a career-best 59.1 in the 400 meters during the 2007 season.
