Let's save us the trouble and delay of you emailing me and me emailing you, and instead you can indicate by clicking the button below that you and I will agree that you e-mailed a pdf request to me and I emailed the pdf to you.
By the way, there is a typographical error in the second line of the third paragraph of page 887 in the published paper, which I attempted to correct when I checked the proofs (see image below), but which the incompetant Managing Editor at the JVP left uncorrected.
In addition, the editorial process at the JVP introduced two errors that I did not catch in the proofs because I assumed based on past experience in these days when authors submit electronic copies of their manuscripts that editors might change my wording or punctuation but would not introduce spelling mistakes. In the first case in the first paragraph on page 881, the circled "II-V" in the image below should read "II-IV" and indeed did read that way in the manuscript I submitted.
In the second case in the caption of Fig. 5 on page 887, the circled "non-rticular" in the image below should read "non-articular" and indeed did read that way in the manuscript I submitted.
I did make two errors that I am aware of: 1) in the caption of Fig. 2 on page 882 where the circled "dashed line" in the image below should read "solid line"; and 2) in the caption of Fig. 5 on page 882 where I omitted "as, articular surface" from the listing of abbreviations.
