Pre-Forestry Option

Students interested in a career in forestry may take their first 2 years at FHSU and then transfer to complete their degree at the college of forestry of their choice. Students should plan their transfer as early as possible so that they will be certain to meet the requirements of that particular school. The University of Missouri waives non-resident tuition for pre-forestry students from Kansas and Nebraska. The courses suggested below were developed with transfer to the University of Missouri in mind. Advisor: Dr. Joseph Thomasson.
