SOKI Interfund Vouchers
To Logon to SOKI:
  1. Logon to Netscape or Internet Explorer
  2. Change the Web site address to www.interfunds.state.ks.us. (Enter)
  3. User Name: interfunds (Tab)
  4. Password: anrsecure (Enter)
  5. Enter the Operator ID: ifv246xx (Tab) The x's are your initials.
  6. Password: (Password you select)
  7. Click Log Me On

To Logoff of SOKI:
  1. At the top of every screen, you can click on Logon/Logoff
  2. You will be at the first SOKI screen
  3. Click Log Me Off
  4. Close Netscape or Internet Explorer


To Add an Interfund Voucher (Paying Agency):

  1. Click on My Documents
  2. Click on Initialize a Manual Interfund
  3. Interfund Description: Type a brief description, such as the invoice number
  4. Initiation Type: Select Expenditure
  5. Documents on the Way: If you need to mail a copy of the paperwork, select Yes. If not, select No
  6. Call Accounts Payable at 5948 or a document number. Tell her it is for an expenditure
  7. Initiating As: This box should come up with your department name. (If you have more than one department, please select the correct one.)
  8. Reciprocating Group: Choose the top drop down box. Select the Agency you will be billed by. Do not use the default group. If you have any questions about the agency number, contact Accounts Payable at 5948.
  9. Click on Start the Interfund
  10. To add the expenditure funding lines and detail lines, you can go directly to the Interfund by clicking on Link to Your Document for Entry
  11. At this point, the Interfund has been created and will remain on your system. You can now fill in the Interfund information or logoff and come back later
  12. If you are already linked to your Interfund, skip to step 17
  13. If you have just logged on to SOKI, click on My Documents
  14. Click on Waiting Interfund Transfers
  15. Find your Interfund by the Description or Document Number
  16. Click on the View next to that Interfund
  17. Scroll down and click on Add Expenditure Funding Lines. This will open the funding lines so that you can enter your account information
  18. You must fill in the T/C (733), Fund, FY (4 digits), Index, PCA, Object Code (if known), Amount, and Org Key
  19. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Add the Funding Lines
  20. If additional lines are needed when the page is full, you should click on Add More Expenditure Funding Lines. When the next screen appears, request to Add More Lines
  21. After all the funding lines are added, click on Return to Viewing this Voucher
  22. Click on Add Detail Lines located in the bottom portion of the Interfund
  23. Enter the Quantity, Unit, Description, Unit Price and Amount
  24. Click on Add the Details located at the bottom of the screen
  25. Click on Return to Viewing this Voucher to see if any error messages appear at the top of the Interfund
  26. If you have an error see instructions below
  27. Click on Link to a More Printable Page at the bottom of the page if you want a copy of this Interfund. Use the Back button after printing
  28. Click on Notify an Approver/Releaser
  29. Scroll down to Document Can Now Be Released By: Select an Accounts Payable person (Mike, Sandi, Darlene, Tracy). Click on Notify the Approver/Releaser

To Add an Interfund Voucher (Receiving Agency):
  1. Click on My Documents
  2. Click on Initialize a Manual Interfund

  9. Click on Start the Interfund

  20. If additional lines are needed when the page is full, you should click on Add More Receipt Funding Lines. When the next screen appears, request to Add More Lines
  21. After all the funding lines are added, click on Return to Viewing this Voucher
  22. Click on Add Detail Lines located above the receipt section
  23. Enter the Quantity, Unit, Description, Unit Price and Amount
  24. Click on Add the Details located at the bottom of the screen
  25. Click on Return to Viewing this Voucher to see if any error messages appear at the top of the Interfund
  26. If you have an error see instructions below
  27. Click on Link to a More Printable Page if you want a copy of this Interfund. Use the Back button after printing
  28. Click on Notify an Approver/Releaser
  29. Scroll down to Document Can Now Be Released By: Select an Accounts Payable person (Mike, Sandi, Darlene, Tracy). Click on Notify the Approver/Releaser

How to Fix an Error:
  1. Click on the dollar amount next to the funding line or description line that has the error. The amount will be in blue and underlined
  2. Once you click on the dollar amount you will be in edit mode and can fix your errors
  3. Once errors are fixed click on Modify the lines as above
  4. Click on Return to viewing this voucher
