Position(s) Interviewing for:  

~Programmer/Analyst (Full-time & Intern)
Assists in developing specifications for programs to implement or enhance computer systems. Creates, documents, and modifies computer programs from system design specifications. Assists in testing systems and programs, and providing training to users on new applications. Participates in design reviews of systems and programs.

~Loan Officer
Processes and services a small volume of small and intermediate sized loans, interviews current and potential borrowers, analyzes loans, monitors loan performance, and reports on condition of assigned loans. Agricultural background or experience required.

~Credit Analyst
Develops, documents, gathers, organizes, analyzes, and presents financial, accounting, and loan portolio data with some customer interaction; directs the preparation, distribution, and monitoring of loan documents; develops computer applications for gathering, modifying and reporting data.

~Appraiser
Appraises collateral pledged on new loans, develops monitoring procedures to assure consistent valuations; tracks and reports real estate sales and valuation trends.

~Accountant (Full-time & internship)
Maintains accounting records and related financial data. Prepared daily bookkeeping work and required Farm Credit System, Federal, State, and other assigned reports. Operates data processing equipment to develop and submit general ledger information for data center processing. Utilizes specialized knowledge and skill to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and Farm Credit System accounting standards. Maintains other association records and develops reports for management as assigned.

~Financial Analyst (Full-time & Internship)
Develops and analyzes short-and long-range financial plans and projections, including preparation of asset/liability management reporting and related regulatory compliance reporting. Assists association personel in developing and analyzing financial plans, projections, and related regulatory compliance reporting. Prepares and analyzes association financial performance reports. Develops and maintains asset/liability models used for planning, reporting, aand asset/liability management. Analyzes the impact of financial management policies, asset/liability management strategies, and other financially related issues.
