1. Maximize sell-through of Hoover®, Dirt Devil®, Ryobi®, Homelite®, Rigid®, and Milwaukee® brands by developing merchandising and sell-through campaigns at our national retail partners.

2. Develop and maintain strong value added relationships with store management and personnel.

3. Participate in the Leadership Development Training Program.

4. Implement selling tactics that focus on delivering the desired financial results to distribution.

5. Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives.

6. Initiate and provide in-store product knowledge sessions to educate store personnel and management.

7. Actively participate in principle trade association meetings, conventions, grand openings, trade shows, etc.

8. Develop primary knowledge of the market place (users, applications, products, competition, and channels).

9. Analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.
