Throughout the year, seniors and alumni have the opportunity
to interview with representatives from various organizations
that come to campus in search of new employees. Each semester,
sessions are conducted on resume
and cover letter preparation,
interviewing techniques,
and job search strategies. Information is also presented
on networking and on the
proper dress for interviewing.
Employers nationwide list current job vacancies which are
published on a regular basis. Additionally, our office receives
vacancy publications from universities and organizations
nationwide that list job vacancies for all majors. The referral
system matches registrant qualifications with an employers
vacancy. Referrals are made at the request of the employer
or as the situation dictates. A coordinated effort between
Career Services and the Alumni Office provides students
with additional information on job vacancies. A
