Position Interviewing for:
-AMS Specialist
Promote retail sales, provide technical support and develop and deliver training for Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products for a broad spectrum of applications, including seeding, spraying, tillage and harvesting systems to both internal dealer employees and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Develop and execute annual plan to support sales goals set by dealership management.
Promote the sale of Ag Management Solutions products for various cropping systems through the dealership’s area of responsibility.
Plan and coordinate customer clinics, farm demonstrations and farm shows.
Serve as the internal and external dealership technical specialist relative to the entire AMS product line.
Develop and deliver customer training which may include individual training, group instruction, self study, demonstrations and simulation exercises for AMS products.
Manage dealership inventory processes for AMS products, customer follow-up processes and customer satisfaction issues related to the product line.
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services. Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely, effective and satisfactory manner.
Promote the sale of products and services provided by the company.
Update and maintain accurate customer records, files and information.
Ensure effective communication is maintained with sales, service and other departments and customers to meet customer support service objectives.
Generate and maintain required reports.
Develop skills and knowledge through participation in training activities relevant to company products and services. Keep abreast of developments in the industry.
Maintain company vehicle in a safe and clean condition.
Maintain a driving record that meets the company insurance carrier’s driver record underwriting guidelines.
Provide professional and courteous service and present a positive image of the Company. Maintain professional courtesy with coworkers.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations. 

 

Requirements: Agriculture, Agri-Business, General Studies, and Technology Studies majors preferred
