About the Franklin Papers

After a Fort Hays State University alumnus donated two handwritten Ben Franklin letters and two pages from his newspaper, The Pennsylvania Gazette, to the university, the idea for the Ben Franklin Papers was born. After many months of planning, the project held its first event on September 28, 2006. You can read more about The Ben Franklin Papers, the donor of the letters and newspapers, upcoming events, and contact information for organizers of the event by clicking on the links to the left.
