The collegiate division of the Center for Civic Leadership focuses on student leadership development. Programs such as LEADOFF, Leaderville, and Organizational Leadership training's, have been developed to help students get hands on experience in the field of Leadership. The goal of these programs is to help students become more effective in communication, collaboration, group work, and, most importantly, to active citizenship.
