Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) is the leadership development division of the Center for Civic Leadership. Under the LEAD program, CCL staff, faculty, and fellows provide leadership training and development activities for FHSU students, as well as communities throughout the state of Kansas. In partnership with the Department of Leadership Studies at FHSU, LEAD experts provide training sessions on a variety of leadership-related topics. CCL provides leadership training experts to both private and non-profit organizations looking for training sessions. Our trainers are qualified in a wide variety of leadership topics.
CCL staff are available to provide both organizational and management audits to interested organizations. These audits evaluate organizational strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
