October 2007
IMPORTANT OCTOBER DATES:
Virtual College students now have the opportunity to pre-enroll at an early date in order minimize the stress of courses filling before you have an opportunity to enroll. For those students who are pure virtual students (meaning: no on campus classes), please note the new pre-enrollment dates:
October 15, 2007 - Graduates and Seniors
October 16, 2007 - Juniors
October 17, 2007 - Sophomores
October 18, 2007 - Freshman
October 19, 2007 - Open Enrollment
Your pre-enrollment date, based on your classification, is found on your TigerEnroll Worksheet under "Semester Options." PLEASE NOTE: The correct date should be updated in TigerEnroll sometime the week of Oct 8-12. If you are confused about your enrollment date, please contact your advisor.
The pre-enrollment dates for students with on-campus classes are still the following:
Pre-enrollment dates are staggered according to your number of credit hours (classification) and last name:
- Oct 23- Graduates, Post Graduates, Seniors N-Z
- Oct 24- Graduates, Post Graduates, Seniors A-M
- Oct 25- Juniors N-Z
- Oct 29- Juniors A-M
- Oct 31- Sophomores N-Z
Please note: The pre-enrollments dates are not when you should begin thinking about Spring 08; they are when you should be prepared to pre-enroll in courses via TigerEnroll. Please contact your advisor NOW to get the process started. The pre-enrollment period is when you can reserve your spot in a class. You are not considered completely enrolled in the course until payment is complete.
As always, these dates can also be found on the Registrar’s website.
REMINDER:
If you are a Management major and wishing to complete your degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management, please contact your advisor immediately so he/she can give the best academic advice possible and ensure that the Registrar’s Office has this information as well.
