The College of Business and Leadership (COBL) Handbook has been prepared as a convenient reference to Fort Hays State University and College of Business and Leadership policies, procedures, and regulations for use by COBL faculty and staff. The handbook is organized into sections that cover specific FHSU and COBL topics that are used most often. Sections sometimes include the full text of the policies, procedures, and regulations, while others only reference the source document or give a web link.
