Mission

The Management Development Center (MDC) is the executive education component linking Fort Hays State University’s School of Business and Leadership and the served constituents. We are dedicated to providing clients with:

• High-quality business, management, and leadership training programs to enhance professional and organizational effectiveness
• Result-oriented consulting services to help address the changing nature of the market place more successfully
• A setting to build contacts with high-performing professionals and organizations
• We draw upon the resources of the university and its faculty, scholars, and practitioners in designing and facilitating training activities that brings value to people and organizations
