FHSU Win at Kansas Entrepreneurial Challenge

Serhiy Zhykin, graduate student in Leadership Studies, took second place at Kansas Entrepreneurial Challenge at Kansas State University.  Serhiy's business concept, an Android-based app that provides audio guidance for the blind and visually impaired, uses cutting edge technology developed by Google's Project Tango.

Kansas Entrepreneurial Challenge is a business plan and pitch competition hosted by Kansas State University for Kansas entrepreneurs from invited Kansas high school students and Board of Regents institutions. This is the first time that FHSU participated in this event and we are proud of Serhiy's excellent work.

The FHSU team that assisted Serhiy included Dr. Mark Bannister, Dr. Mary Martin, Dr. Dmitry Gimon and Andres Torres.
