The Professional Educator takes diversity into consideration when valuing professional and ethical standards based on the behaviors consistent with professional education roles in the following areas.

Disposition 1:  The candidate is highly sensitive to and demonstrates respect for student differences. 

Disposition 2:  The candidate engages in and reflects on professional learning opportunities. 

Disposition 3:  The candidate assumes professional education roles in the area of communication.

Disposition 4:  The candidate assumes professional education roles in the area of preparation.

Disposition 5:  The candidate assumes professional education roles in the area of professionalism.

Disposition 6:  The candidate advocates, models, and teaches safe, legal, and ethical uses of digital information and technology. 

Disposition 7:  The candidate exhibits the dispositions toward practice and implementation of education pedagogy.
