$ Support for Presenting at Conferences:  The university will provide support to faculty presenting at conferences.  A template for the plan can be found under Templates in the COET Faculty Center. 


Instructional Resource Center (IRC):   Monthly professional development opportunities are available for faculty, staff, and students in the IRC.  This training is hands-on and virtually a one-to-one learning experience applying what you learn in the CTELT workshops.  The focus of the 2008-2009 COET Professional Development Series is Improving Quality of Online Instruction.   Sign up in the IRC to attend workshops or email Lance Gerstner at lgerstner@fhsu.edu .  Lance will have tablet computers available or you can bring your own.
