Information for Spring Graduates

Spring 2014

If you plan to graduate at the end of the spring semester, you will need to fill out an intent to graduate form and pay your graduation fees no later than the first day of classes for the spring semester. The Intent to Graduate form is in TigerTracks under the Academics Tab in Online Services. We have also created a spring graduate to-do list to guide you through the process.

All caps and gowns are ordered for the students by the university. Your height was provided to us on the Intent to Graduate form.

FHSU holds one commencement ceremony each year following the spring semester. All graduates are invited to participate in the Spring 2014 commencement ceremony. Official information about commencement will be emailed to the FHSU and secondary email addresses that we have on file in March 2014. Don’t forget to update your contact information to ensure that you receive this important information.

Your diploma will be mailed to you 4-6 weeks following the end of your final semester. Diplomas are sent to the address indicated on the intent to graduate form. If you have moved or wish to have your diploma sent to another address, you will need to contact your degree analyst to update the address before the end of the spring semester. If you do not attend the commencement ceremony, tassel, diploma cover and program will be mailed to you 4-6 weeks after the ceremony.

Transcripts indicating the completed degree will be available 3-4 weeks after the end of the semester. You will need to order your official degree transcript by visiting the Registrar's page and using the online form at the bottom of the page.
