Kweilin joined the Department of Criminal Justice in 2016. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her work focuses on cybercrime, sexual violence, delinquency, and corrections. In addition, Kweilin is interested in criminological theory and victimization. Her work has been published in the Journal of Criminal Justice Education as well as in The Virtual Enemy: The Intersection between Intimate Partner Abuse, Technology, and Cybercrime (Navarro, Clevenger, & Marcum, 2016).
