Effective Dec. 31, 2007, the CTC HelpDesk no longer provides printing, copying, or faxing
services. These services are currently available in Forsyth Library. In addition, we no longer offer
items for sale. The HelpDesk continues to sponsor FHSU's online Software Center and to provide free scanning and on-site
personal
assistance for FHSU students, faculty, and staff.
These changes have enabled us to reduce overhead costs and to focus our efforts toward providing more
effective support for users of FHSU computing services.
