How to Activate or Recover Your TigerTracks Login

Under normal processing conditions, a TigerTracks account becomes available for activation within one business day after a student has applied for admission to Fort Hays State University. View information about the services that use TigerTracks login and when they become available.

How to Activate Your TigerTracks Login

Go to tigertracks.fhsu.edu/register/ and select the first option to activate your login and view the TigerTracks username that has been assigned to you. For security, privacy, and legal reasons, this account may be activated ONLY by the owner of the account (the student).

How can I find my TigerTracks username?

Users may search for FHSU e-mail addresses using the Directory Search application located on the TigerTracks homepage at tigertracks.fhsu.edu. A student's TigerTracks username is the portion of the student e-mail address that precedes the @ symbol.

How can I recover my TigerTracks password?

If you have forgotten your TigerTracks password, go to the TigerTracks registration page at tigertracks.fhsu.edu/register/ and choose the option, "I have already set up my credentials and have forgotten my password."

How can I update my TigerTracks password or challenge questions?

To update your TigerTracks password or challenge questions, go to the TigerTracks registration page at tigertracks.fhsu.edu/register/ and choose the second option: "I have already setup my TigerTracks credential and now need to make a change." Log in using your TigerTracks username and password, and then select the appropriate step (1 or 2) at the top of the page.

You are the only person who can receive assistance with your TigerTracks login. Due to security and privacy restrictions, we are required to work directly with the owner of an account when providing login assistance.

Common TigerTracks Activation/Recovery Error Messages

If you receive an error message while attempting to activate or recover your TigerTracks login and the message is not listed below, please contact the CTC HelpDesk for further assistance.

"We could not locate your information in the FHSU administrative systems. Please make sure you have entered your login information correctly."

Reasons this error message may be received:

  • Your TigerTracks account has not yet been created. Under normal processing conditions, a TigerTracks account becomes available for activation within one business day after a student has applied for admission to Fort Hays State University.
  • The data you entered to activate your account does not match the data on your official FHSU student record. This error can occur if your Social Security Number, '999' Number, FHSU ID Number, or Birth Date were entered incorrectly. Please check your entry and try again. Contact the FHSU Registrar's Office if you need to verify your information. If a change is made to the Social Security Number, '999' number, or Birth Date on your official student record, it will be updated on the TigerTracks system in overnight processing. This processing should be completed by 10:00 a.m. Central Time the next business day.
  • A change was recently made to the Social Security Number, '999' number, or Birth Date on your official FHSU student record and the TigerTracks system has not yet been updated. These updates occur in overnight processing and should be completed by 10:00 a.m. Central Time the next business day.

"You have already been through the initial setup of your account and need to log in here."
