What is TigerTracks?
The TigerTracks Web portal, located at tigertracks.fhsu.edu,
provides centralized single sign-on access to student Scatcat e-mail (Webmail), the Blackboard course delivery system,
announcements, and other FHSU Online Services. After logging in, you can customize your TigerTracks layout by adding, removing,
and arranging portal content as well as by changing the color scheme. TigerTracks is under continual development, so watch for
new services and features in the future.

Do I have to activate and use my TigerTracks login?
Yes. The TigerTracks username and password is used for accessing many services at FHSU. Some of the services that require the TigerTracks login include student Scatcat e-mail, the Blackboard course delivery system, Online Services applications in the TigerTracks portal (such as TigerEnroll), on-campus wireless Internet, and computer lab access.

If I just applied for admission to Fort Hays State University, how soon will I be able to activate
my TigerTracks login?
When a student applies for admission to Fort Hays State University for the first time, the TigerTracks login
will become available for activation within one business day. After the TigerTracks login is activated at
tigertracks.fhsu.edu/register/, it can then be used to access the TigerTracks
portal at tigertracks.fhsu.edu.

How do I activate my TigerTracks login?

What if I enter my information, but am unable to activate my TigerTracks login?
Please make sure you are entering your social security number and birth date correctly. If you have
a "999" student number, you should enter it instead of a social security number. For your birth date, make sure you
enter a full four-digit year.
If these suggestions do not work, it is possible that your birth date or social security number has been entered
incorrectly on your official student record. You should contact the Registrar's office to verify and correct them if
needed. You can contact them by sending e-mail to registrar@fhsu.edu or by calling
1-800-628-FHSU or (785) 628-4222. Please allow one business day for processing. If you are still unable to activate your account
after your birth date or social security number is corrected, please contact us.

What should I do if I forget my TigerTracks username?
If you have forgotten your username, you can search for it using the Directory Search application located
on the TigerTracks home page at tigertracks.fhsu.edu. The username is
the portion of the student e-mail address that precedes the @ symbol. If you are unable to locate your username using the
Directory Search, contact us.

What should I do if I forget my TigerTracks password?
Go to the TigerTracks registration page at
tigertracks.fhsu.edu/register/ and choose the option, "I have
already set up my credentials and have forgotten my password."

How can I change my TigerTracks password?
Go to the TigerTracks registration page at
tigertracks.fhsu.edu/register/ and choose the option, "I have
already set up my TigerTracks credential and now need to make a change." Click on (Step 1) Password Set and enter
your new password.

Once I activate my TigerTracks login, how do I access Scatcat, Blackboard, and Online Services?
Your Scatcat e-mail, Blackboard courses and student information will be accessible from your personal homepage
after you log in to the TigerTracks portal. Click on the Online Services tab to access the
TigerEnroll system, class schedules, advisor contact information, financial aid status, grades, personal contact and emergency notification information,
and more! You must use your TigerTracks username and password to log in to your Scatcat and Blackboard accounts,
even if you do not access them via the TigerTracks portal.

Can I still access Blackboard at its old Website location?
We encourage you to use the TigerTracks portal as your primary means of FHSU online access. While some users still access Blackboard from the login location that was used before the portal was introduced, future plans are to eventually discontinue the original location. When this occurs, users will be redirected from the original location to the portal. You must use your TigerTracks username and password to log in to your Blackboard account, even if you do not access it via the TigerTracks portal.

How can I find another Scatcat users e-mail address?
You may search for FHSU e-mail addresses using the Directory Search application located on the TigerTracks home page at tigertracks.fhsu.edu/. A student's TigerTracks username is the portion of the student e-mail address that precedes the @ symbol.

Will my TigerTracks login permit access to the TigerNet wireless network?
FHSU provides three levels of wireless network access to enable simplified connectivity for Students, Faculty/Staff and Guests. For more information, visit the On-Campus Wireless information page at www.fhsu.edu/ctc/helpdesk/wireless_info.shtml.

How should I access the online Software Center?
The TigerTracks login is NOT used to access the Software Center. The username (ID) used for accessing the Software Center Login is your full Scatcat e-mail address.
If you do not have your Software Center login information, go to the Software Center Login page and click on the Did you forget your password? link. Enter your full FHSU e-mail address, such as YourTigerTracksUsername@scatcat.fhsu.edu (for students) or userID@fhsu.edu (for faculty and staff). Click the Go Find It button. If you have been registered on the site, an e-mail will be sent to your FHSU e-mail address providing your login information.
