Consultations

CTELT has professional staff that assist faculty with course development.
We also have a Teaching Excellence Coordinator, who offers classroom observations per request as well as consultations on effective teaching strategies. The consultations cover a variety of topics, including software demonstration, course design, teaching strategies, classroom practices,
learning assessment, and pedagogies in different learning environments.

Based on the special needs of a department, CTELT staff can also make presentations and provide support in the department by appointment. The topics for such purposes vary depending on the needs of each individual department; including demonstrating the use of a piece of educational technology equipment or software, presenting the procedures and strategies for the development of an online program and producing digital media for instructional or promotional purposes.
