Macintosh Assistance

If you try to play the video and it is downloading before it plays or you can not get a full screen please follow these steps to correct the problem.

Internet Explorer 
Open your Video on Demand website and click and hold on the Click here to View icon.  Go down to Copy Link to Clipboard and let go of the button.

Close out of Internet Explorer.

Netscape
Open your Video on Demand website and click and hold on the Click here to View icon.  Go down to Copy Link Location and let go of the button.

Close out of Netscape.

Both Internet Explorer and Netscape
Open Quick Time
Click and hold on File and go down to Open URL.

A box will come up with enter an Internet URL to open.
The URL you need will be in the box already.  Click OK

Your video will start playing now.
To make it full screen click on Movie and go down to Fill Screen.

Note:  When the movie starts to play push pause for about Thirty Seconds to allow the movie to download.  This will give you a better quality when watching the video.
