Mission Statement

The mission of the Department of Economics, Finance, and Accounting is to support the missions of the College of Business and Leadership and Fort Hays State University by: (1) providing quality instruction to students to prepare them for successful careers; (2) engaging in scholarly activity to maintain academic currency and to advance knowledge in fields of specialization of departmental faculty; and (3) providing service to the university and greater community.
