5k Fun Run / 1 Mile Walk  CANCELED

8 AM - 2 PM
Check-in at Memorial Union Atrium

8 - 11 AM
Fishing Derby at Frontier Park North (located on the east side of Main & 1st streets)
Intramurals and the Outdoor Adventure Living Learning Community are hosting a fishing derby and they are providing breakfast burritos to the first 150 people. They have 45 fishing poles for use, but encourage you to bring your own pole, if possible. Anyone under the age of 16 does not need a fishing license, anyone over the age of 16 will need to purchase a license prior to the event (Wal-Mart or any KS Dept of Wildlife & Parks office). If you'd like to cook your fish there, they will have a tent to clean and cook the fish. 

10 - 11:30 AM
Current students compete with their younger siblings to see who can Punt-Pass-Catch the furthest against other students and their siblings. 
10 AM - Noon
Service Projects
You can choose between sorting food in the Tiger Food Pantry, located in Forsyth Library, or help at FHSU's very own Victor E. Garden, located next to the Robbins Center. 

1 - 4 PM
Families will be able to learn soldering with simple soldering kits, build rockets, 3D printing, and how to use the NAO Robot. They will also get to see all the fun toys we have in the MakerSpace.

2 PM
UNIV 101 Meet & Greet Ice Cream Social

2 PM
Campus Tours led by Admissions counselors

4:45 - 6:45 PM
Center for Student Involvement sponsoring Paint Up

7 PM
FHSU Football v. Pittsburg State
Tickets may be purchased at the Lewis Field Stadium gates
