In order for FHSU to receive your financial aid information
from the Federal Processor, you need to add our institution's
school code, 001915, to your FAFSA. With
your PIN, you can add our school code on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Otherwise, with your DRN and transaction number ready, you
can reach the Federal Processor by calling (319) 337-5665
or
1-800-433-3243. You will receive a new copy of your Student
Aid Report (SAR) either at your permanent address, or an electronic
SAR will be e-mailed to you if you provided a valid e-mail
address.
*Please indicate if you will be living with parents, on campus,
or off campus.

Financial aid will not be awarded until you have applied
for admission and have been accepted as a degree-seeking student
at FHSU. You can apply for admission on-line at www.fhsu.edu/admissions.
3. Confirm that all official academic transcripts
are on file with the FHSU Registrar’s Office.

You will need to meet Ability to Benefit requirements for
financial aid. To complete this requirement, you must have
one of the following on file at
