THREE MAIN TYPES OF EMPLOYMENT AT FHSU:
  • Federal Work-Study Program
    • A form of federal financial aid based on the amount of financial need determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Work-study does not mean that you will be paid to study!
  • Departmental Job Program
    • Jobs that are not subsidized by federal work-study funds and are open to all students in at least six credit hours regardless of financial aid status.
  • Kansas Career Work-Study Program
    • A state-funded program where off-campus employers provide career-related jobs for FHSU students who are Kansas residents.
