Distance Services
Forsyth Library maintains a Distance Services department for Fort Hays State University Virtual College Students. If you are enrolled in courses through the FHSU Virtual College and live outside of Hays you can receive services to support your studies.**
Once you have set up Off-Campus Access (see below), you will have access to the same materials as students on-campus. This includes:
**There may be fees attached to some of these services. Please see Receiving Materials for information on these fees. When requesting books or other materials that must be sent via the mail, we encourage you to use the services of your local area library as this will save you time and money.
Please submit your requests in plenty of time to complete your project or paper. We strive to fill requests within 24 hours. However some requests may take longer if materials are not immediately available.
