The Periodical Reading Area is located on the main floor, southwest side of the Forsyth Library. The Periodical Reading Area contains over 1100 current journal titles, microform collection, microform readers/printer, newspaper and Journal Display Section (some of the most current periodical issues are displayed in this area).

Current Periodicals

Print subscriptions (1994 - current) are located within the Periodical Reading Area. (Materials are arranged in Library of Congress call number order).

Prior to 1994 (arranged alphabetically by title order):
Due to the recent installation of compact shelving journals that were housed in the basement are now temporarily shelved on the second floor. For updated location information, please check with the Periodicals, Reference or the Circulation staff located on the main floor.

Back issues may be checked out (with a valid FHSU Tiger Card) at the Reserve counter for a limited period of time.
Current issues may be used anywhere within the library or copies made. Photocopiers are located north of the Periodical Desk for $.05 per page. You may use your Tiger Card to pay for copies.
