When having a library book mailed to me I will be responsible for all damages from the time the book leaves Forsyth Library until it is returned.

If the book is lost in the mail, I will be responsible for all the charges from the lending library. You may want to insure the book upon return to Forsyth Library.

If you are a FHSU student and live outside the city of Hays, you can receive distance library services to support your studies.
